What to visit outside Paris with a private guide?

If you would like to discover gardens and go out in the countryside, just a few miles from Paris, I am sure you will enjoy the gardens of Claude Monet in Giverny, or the quiet village of Auvers-sur-Oise where Van Gogh lived his last moments.

For any architecture lover, don't miss the great Villa Savoye, by the architect Le Corbusier, in Poissy (accessible by train from Paris).

Would you like to learn more about the life of the French Kings? Then, choose to visit the Versailles Palace (and do not forget the gardens, and the estate of Marie-Antoinette), or the Basilica of Saint-Denis, where are buried most of the French kings and queens. 

And if you are passionate about Napoleon Ist, I invite you to visit the Château de Malmaison, where Napoleon lived with his first wife, Josephine. 

Each tour can be adapted to your needs, for a half day or a full day trip from Paris. I can arrange private transportation with a driver, or meet you in Paris and take the train with you, so that you don't have to worry about public transports in Paris.
